A Road Trip in Three Acts

One Month: LA → Dallas

Coffee, hikes, beaches, dinners — day by day. Skip everything Bali already does better; lean into desert, red rock, white sand, alpine forest, neon, and full-blast Americana.

The guiding rule: skip everything Bali already does better (waterfalls, jungle, tropical beaches, Southeast Asian food) and lean into what she's never seen — desert, red rock, gypsum dunes, alpine forest, neon, and full-blast Americana. Food skews Mexican, steak, BBQ, Italian, Japanese, and old-school American for the same reason.

Book-ahead list (in order of urgency)
